How to fit into an organization.
*You need to have interpersonal skills to be able to fit into any organization .
They are skills you need to communicate with other people around you.
*You must have Capacity to think to be able to solve some critical issues .
*You need to read and expose your mind to articles ,books, newspaper ,documentaries etc.
*How about Personal development??. Apart from your degree what other things have you done to develop yourself ?
go extra mile and develop yourself to add more value to people around you.
*You need to have a good presentation skill
*You must have a strong leadership skills
*You need to have a basic knowledge about maths.... Yes!!
*You need to have a basic computer skills.
very key!!
Just some few point to note..though not comprehensive but i know you will gain one or two things from it.
