Hello Natural Medicine Lovers, today I will share a recipe for traditional medicine to treat bruises caused by collisions. a few days ago I had an accident, my husband who was driving the car tried to avoid a big pothole in the middle of the road, I tried to protect my child from a hard impact, because my child was sleeping, I tried my best to protect my child from falling and hitting the car floor. as a result my little finger hit the floor of the car, the incident took place at night around eleven o'clock.
I thought my little finger was cracked because when it hit the car floor there was a “crack” sound like the sound of bones cracking, it was very painful. After I noticed, my little finger became bruised, I tried to carefully examine the condition of my little finger, it turned out that nothing was cracked. After I checked the little finger wasn't cracked and shifted, it means it's just a bruise from an impact with the car floor. I tried to stay calm, after arriving home, I took massage oil and slowly I put oil on my sore little finger, friends can imagine how the pain.
for several hours I couldn't move my left little finger, the pain was felt to the crown and my pinkie started to feel hot and hard, I should have immediately given nutmeg seeds, but because it was late at night, I waited until the next morning.
The next morning, my little finger started to swell and turn black, this usually happens because there is a blockage in the blood vessels. My husband told me to go to the doctor, but I didn't go to the doctor or to a fracture specialist, I would treat my bruised little finger myself. How to? I will use nutmeg seeds.
Nutmeg seeds are one of the spices used for cooking spices to make dishes more delicious. Apart from being a cooking spice, nutmeg seeds have long been known among traditional Indonesian people to treat various external injuries such as bruises due to impact with hard objects, swelling due to insect bites and other venomous animals and to treat swelling due to impact.
Based on the data I obtained from the research hhttp://eprints.umm.ac.id/47025/3/

Nutmeg seeds also contain chemical compounds such as essential oils, meristic acid, flavonoids, tannins, saponins and phenols. I remember when I was studying in S1 chemistry, I once helped a friend do research on distilling meristic acid from nutmeg seeds.
Based on the chemical compounds contained in nutmeg, it is not surprising that nutmeg seeds have long been used for the treatment of external wounds.
How to use nutmeg seeds to treat bruises and swelling?
The materials used to use nutmeg as an alternative to treat bruises are:
1 piece of nutmeg
2 tablespoons cooking oil
The method :
1.Break the nutmeg, take the seeds
2.Burn the nutmeg seeds until the color of the skin becomes black, but don't burn it. I burn the nutmeg seeds so that the essential oil content contained in the nutmeg becomes visible.
3.Finely grind the roasted seeds, I covered it with a cloth when smoothing the nutmeg.
4.Mix the cooking oil with the crushed nutmeg.
5.Wipe the bruised/swollen body part with nutmeg oil, repeat several times until the bruises heal and the swelling goes away.
after two days of smearing with nutmeg oil, my little finger is no longer swollen, the bruises are gone and the pain is less.
I hope this recipe is useful for friends who are experiencing bruises like me.
Best Regards
