How To Pecan Pie ?
Materials
5 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup + 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped nuts
1 package of vanilla
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
Whisk the egg and sugar in the blender until the consistency of yogurt in a cup. Vanilla, put the lemon juice and lemon zest and stir two more times. Put the walnuts and flour and stir with a wooden spoon. Be oiled and floured and pattern pre-bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
