I have been interested in the benefits of diffusing essential oils for a long time. I received a very nice Ellia diffuser and several oils as a Christmas gift!
I have been diffusing an Ellia oil blend called "Fight it," which is a combination of orange, lemon, cinnamon, eucalyptus, rosemary, cardamom, and clove essential oils. I really like it!
Essential oils have countless benefits and I am excited to experiment to see what works for us!
