La culpa de la alegría - The guilt of joy [ESP - ENG]

We have all experienced at some point the "guilt of joy," that bizarre moment when our spirit, heart, and mind feel joy even though the circumstances, the people around us, the place or the situation are not precisely joyful.

In those paradoxes of life, feeling joy (or peace) in the midst of non-joy (or non-peace) creates an internal conflict that can be quite complicated to manage. However, as a believer in God and life, I think that if we feel joy (or peace), we should let that sensation flow (without exaggeration or psychiatric imbalance), because just as the body needs to breathe, the mind and soul need to receive that energy of joy (and peace) to continue our journey, our own existence.
