Sometimes I wonder how these criminals, crime lords and dirty politicians clean up their mess without leaving traces. As an Agent, and also a sister to a crime lord, these things haven't been strange or a new thing to me, but the people they call to clean up their dirty works, making everything disappear. They are their safe box.
My name is Agent Dana Scully. I'm an FBI agent for the United States of America. But I'm signed to a special task force that investigates top wanted criminals. As an FBI agent, we're always mandated to have a partner, someone who has your back in any operation. Someone you can trust with your life, and a friend to you when in need.
Well, as for me I refused to have any partner after the death of Agent Liz. She died in my arms. A man in the uniform, a cop shot her, and claim it was an accidental discharge. He was arrested but was set free.
Ever since that incident, I've been searching for that cop." why did he have to short her?" What was he doing at a cocaine lab? And who was he working for? These are the questions pinned to my investigation board, and I'm closer to finding my answer.
The Bureau had to drop the case. The death of their Agent was neglected all because of a direct order from the Director. But that didn't stop me, I'm going to uncover the truth, seek my revenge, and bring those culprits to Justice.
My secret investigation into the death of my partner and whom that Cop worked for we're all coming together, but also I was receiving death threats telling me to back off, but I refused. Then they send an assassin to kill me because I burnt down one of their Cocaine labs.
It was midnight, dark and quiet. My table lamp was on, as I was reading some case reports from the task force.
20 minutes passed, the night was getting darker, and I needed to sleep after a long day at work. Perhaps a good night sleep would do the work. Slowly yawned.
I turned off the table lamp and walked towards my bed, then I rolled off the mattress, letting myself inside and turned off my bedside lamp. As darkness enveloped my room. There on my bed, I slept like a baby, forgetting all that happened at work.
The next thing I felt was a pillow over my face it wasn't any of my bedroom pillows because they are soft, but this one was hard, built to kill, no matter the body size.
I struggled, as I was getting short of air, shaking my hands over the air at the same time trying to reach the killers face, but it seemed the more I struggled, the more pressure the killer puts. So after a few minutes of struggling, I decided to stop and play dead. My right hand fell close to my bedside lamp. In a few seconds, the assassin stopped, looked at me, and decided to place his head to my chest to confirm my heart beat had stopped. The closer he came, the further my hand reached till my fingers locked around the handle of the bedside lamp. Then I smashed it hard on his head, as he fell on the ground unconscious.
He coughed, as he slowly opened his eyes, then he realized that he was tyred around to a chair but was still on his mask.
"Hello there!" I turned on the table lamp, as I pointed my Glock. 45 at him, then I walked towards him to take the mask off his face, which revealed his true identity.
"Who do we have here? Officer James! Or should I say accidentally discharged?"
"You've no idea what you have gotten yourself into by holding me here." He smirked, "Let me go or you die Agent Scully." He said calmly, as he let out a smile.
"Is that an order?" I smashed my gun against his nose, causing it to bleed.
"Here's what's going to happen." I pulled out my revolver, and empty the cylinder, then place a single bullet into it, as I rolled the cylinder at a high speed. "We're going to play a game, caller The Russian Roulette. I'm sure you've heard about it Officer James. Maybe just a quick reminder on how it works. I ask you a question, you give me the answer I wants. Any wrong answer. I pull the trigger and it blows your brains off."
"Now! Who sent you?" I asked.
"I don't know."
"Fine." I pulled the trigger at him, as he shouted in shock. The hammer clicked on empty. "Oh! Lucky you. Let try again."
"Who sent you?"
"Hey, I don't know, I swear."
I repeated the same thing. The trigger clicked again. "It seems you have a second chance, maybe not the third."
"Who do you work for?'
I pointed the gun at him, close to his head with my finger on the trigger.
"Okay... Please, don't shoot. I work for an organisation called The Shadaloo." He cried out.
"The Shadaloo?"
"Yes, please let me go."
"Well, thank you for your confession, i got it recorded. But as for you, your not going anywhere until you're punished for the crime you did."
Then I picked my handcuffs, and cuffed him. As i dialed in 911 on my phone.
Now, I have a new lead in my investigation.
