Did a chest workout this morning with some abs. Then after work hit another run did 2.2 miles this time gonna keep upping it

Had a banana strawberry protein shake after the work out! Good to promote muscle growth

Went for a nice 2 mile run outside. It was gorgeous out so went around the neighborhood

Dodgeball is a classic movie, absolutely hirlarious. I could watch this movie on repeat
