Normally this kind of noodles goes well with prawns and rice puffs. I found this restaurant with a new creation of noodles and mantis shrimp. Personally I don’t think this one is better tastes than prawn. The noodles and the mantis shrimp have separate tastes, I felt like they cooked both in separate time.
