While walking the streets of Istanbul, you may feel like you are time traveling through history, living the past and the present at the same time! Istanbul, which has a very old history, still preserves its historical texture. Although it is known by many people around the world, I think that it is not appreciated as much as it deserves and the real Istanbul is not promoted. People who come here to visit from different countries say that they find a very different Istanbul from the one they know. Although it is mostly associated with Arab culture, I would like to point out that it actually has very distant cultures. A tourist asked a question when he came to Istanbul;
Where are the camels?
There are no camels in Istanbul! 😂
Although Istanbul is an extremely modern and developed city, it is still not very well promoted, so people who come here and do not see it have a completely different Istanbul profile in their minds!
The photos I have shared today were taken in Istanbul / Eyüp Sultan. Eyüp Sultan is one of the oldest districts of Istanbul. I have been living here since my childhood and I can't imagine living anywhere else but here. It is very important for people to love where they live. If you don't like where you live, you may feel stuck like in prison. I feel very lucky that I love where I live. I am happy that I can live here both in the modern world and in the old romance of history. I love to take pictures and it is a great pleasure for me to shoot the city and its streets! Now I plan to spend more time for this and improve myself in photography. I need this beautiful city for this, every frame of the streets of Istanbul is impressive like a work of art!
