Every year on May 6, the festival of Hıdırellez, which belongs to the ancient Central Asian Turkish culture, is celebrated. Hıdırellez Festival is believed to be the day when the immortalized prophets Hızır and İlyas come together and help those in need. On May 6, big fires are lit and jumped over. Wishes are written on papers and planted in the roots of rose trees. It is believed that prayers will be accepted on this special day.

On this rose tree you see, people have made wishes and hung their dog tags because the Hıdırellez holiday is very close.

I am sure you will ask yourself why a rose tree! Rose is the plant with the highest frequency on earth and has a spiritual value in Islamic belief. Rose is very important for Muslims! My grandmother used to tell me these stories when I was little and she used to talk about how important the Rose is and what a great flower it is.

I love roses incredibly, but only in the ground where they belong! I am so sad that they are sold in flower shops as gifts. Everything is beautiful where it belongs!

It is not possible to see such a beautiful rosebush everywhere! I come here often and every time I come I spend some time near this beautiful tree. Its beautiful energy is very good for me. Just looking at it gives me energy. I will come here on Hıdırellez and make my wishes too. I hope all well-intentioned wishes will come true...🌹 🤍❤️
