I agree, but looking at Capcom's 16-Bit lineup, it is par for the course. Some games were exclusive to the Super NES and others to the Sega Genesis. SNES got things like the Mega Man X games and Mega Man

It is! I prefer the one from, I think, 2023 that had three rounds. You could pretty much finish off an opponent with it. The Vengeful does force better aim, or timing of shots though.
