Blogging Challenge - Part 04 - Day 23
If you could have a business of anything, what would it be?
Judging by the way the question is written (I don't remember what my purpose was when I wrote it) I would say that it is which business I would have, if it would be totally free to have it, that is to say that I would not have to make any investment, maybe I would have to organize it so that it can support itself.
I must also confess that it took me a while to think about it, because the businesses I want to set up in the future I already have them half landed, and this is something more sentimental and I decided to go for the area of welfare and help.
Without further ado, I could a Wellness and Health Center that is self-sustaining, so that I don't have to charge a lot to the clients and that is more attainable for the whole population, since I feel that personal healing (spiritual, mental and physical) should be something attainable for everyone.
The center would have
- Spaces for yoga, pilates, meditation and gym.
- Psychological, therapeutic, psychiatric and nutrition clinics.
- A mini market with healthy food.
- Mini-shop of yoga articles.
- An auditorium for events.
- Bathrooms equipped with sauna and Jacuzzi.
- Massage rooms of all types.
- Group meeting rooms.
- Offices for workers.
- Locker area.
- Swimming pool.
To be self-sufficient, the roof would have a part with solar panels and the other part would be a greenroof for outdoor activities. A well for water with filters in the facilities.

Blogging Challenge - Part 04 - Day 23
Si pudiera tener un negocio de cualquier cosa, ¿Cuál sería?
A juzgar por la forma en que está escrita la pregunta (que no recuerdo cuál fué mi propósito cuando la escribí) diría que es cual negocio tendría, si me saliera totalmente gratis tenerlo, o sea que no tendría que poner ninguna inversión, tal vez si organizarlo para que se mantenga por sí solo.
Debo confesar también que me tomó un tiempo pensarlo, porque los negocios que quiero poner a futuro ya los tengo medio aterrizados, y esto es algo más sentimental y decidí irme por el área de bienestar y ayuda.
Sin más preámbulos, yo podría un Centro de Bienestar y Salud que se sostenga por sí sola, para no tener que cobrarle mucho a los clientes y que sea más alcanzable para toda la población, ya que siento que la sanación personal (espiritual, mental y física) debe ser algo alcanzable para todo el mundo.
El centro tendría:
- Espacios para yoga, pilates, meditación y gimnasio.
- Consultorios psicológicos, terapéuticos, psiquiátricos y de nutrición.
- Un mini market con alimentos saludables.
- Mini shop de artículos de yoga.
- Un auditorio para eventos.
- Baños equipados con sauna y jacuzzi.
- Salones de masajes de todos tipos.
- Salones de reuniones grupales.
- Oficinas para los trabajadores.
- Área de lockers.
- Piscina.
Para que sea autosuficiente el techo tendría una parte con paneles solares y la otra parte que sea greenroof para hacer actividades al aire libre. Un pozo para el agua con filtros en las instalaciones.
