Blogging Challenge - Part 02 - Day 11
How do i manage stress?
Even though i'm under a lot of pressure at the top, there comes a point where you stop generating ideas because of the amount of things you have in your head, so what works best for me is to let it go for a moment, fall asleep for 20 minutes, or watch a chapter from Friends that always brings a smile to my face and clears my head. After that i drink a coffee or chocolate and create a list of things to do in order of priority and urgency. After that all that's left to do is to work on each one of them without distractions.
There are other ways to release stress, such as practicing yoga, meditating, eating some candy, painting or drawing something and above all dancing. If the problem is too strong and i don't know how to solve it, i go to a trusted psychologist for support.
In the future, when i have the ability to do it alone, i will probably disappear for a day and go to the beach or a river just to listen to the water fall, that is very relaxing.

¿Cómo manejo el estrés?
Aunque esté con mucha presión arriba, llega el punto en que uno deja de generar ideas por la cantidad de cosas que tiene en la cabeza, así que lo que más me funciona es dejarlo por un momento, dormirme 20 minutos, o ver un capitulo de Friends que siempre me saca una sonrisa y me despeja. Luego de esto tomarme un café o chocolate y crear una lista de cosas por hacer en orden de prioridades y urgencias. Después solo queda trabajar en cada una de ellas sin distracciones.
Existen otras formas de liberar estrés, como practicar yoga, meditar, comer algún dulce, pintar o dibujar algo y sobre todo bailar. Si el problema es muy fuerte y no sé como solucionarlo acudo a una psicóloga de confianza, para que me apoye.
En un futuro, cuando tenga la capacidad de hacerlo sola, posiblemente me desaparezca por un día y vaya a la playa o a algún río solo para escuchar el agua caer, eso es muy relajante.
