Everyone needs to eat. Because I am a person, I have to eat regularly. Most people in Myanmar eat three times a day. Breakfast Lunch and dinner.
This morning I went to the restaurant for breakfast with a friend. The location of the shop is Phat Khin Road. It is Moulmein.
Most breakfasts are available at the shop. I bought rice and salad.
We also sent some snacks to eat with tea. But I did not eat any bread.
Marketfriday မှာရှိတဲ့ မိတ်ဆွေများအားလုံးမင်္ဂလာပါ။ ကျွန်တော်အနေနဲ့ marketfriday မှာရှိတဲ့ poster များကို sponser ပေးတဲ့အတွက်
လူတိုင်းကတော့ အစားအစာ စားသုံးဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်ကလည်း လူတစ်ယောက်မို့ အစားအစာကို ပုံမှန်စားသုံးရပါတယ်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက လူအများစုကတော့ တစ်နေ့ ကို ၃ ကြိမ် စားသောက်ကြပါတယ်။ မနက်စာ ၊ နေ့လည်စာ နဲ့ ညစာတို့ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒီနေ့မနက်မှာတော့ သူငယ်ချင်းတစ်ယောက်နဲ့အတူ မနက်စာ စားဖို့ ဆိုင်သို့ သွားခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဆိုင်ရဲ့တည်နေရာကတော့ ဖက်ခင်းလမ်း ၊ မော်လမြိုင်မြို့ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဆိုင်မှာ မနက်စာ အတော်များများကို ရရှိနိုင်ပါတယ်။ကျွန်တော်တို့ သူငယ်ချင်းနှစ်ယောက်ကတော့ လက်ဖက်ရည် နှင့် ရွှေတောင်ခေါက်ဆွဲ ၊ ထမင်းသုပ်တို့ကို ၀ယ်ယူစားသောက်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
လက်ဖက်ရည်နှင့် တွဲဖက်စားသောက်ရန် မုန့်အချို့ကိုပါ လာရောက် ပို့ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် မုန့်တွေကိုတော့ မစားသုံးခဲ့ပါဘူး။
