Fact!
Snow is formed when the temperature in the atmosphere is cold enough to let tiny ice crystals to form around bits of dirt that have been moved to the atmosphere by the wind. The tiny moisture particles then stick together when they collide making constantly increase the size of it as well as the mass. One they are heavy enough they fall onto the ground as form as snowflakes. The size of the snowflakes depends of the temperature and when more close to 0 degrees the snowflake will melt and stick together a little more.
