I called this Mandala Salad

Let's look back to my 1^st entry: @trayan/re-kus-knee-q8tkk2 posted just minutes ago...

Due to more inspiration I decided to make this post to promote the contest for more interesting participations ;)

THE MANDALA SALAD _{is made from:}

• Turnip rays
• purple cabbage + turnip
• purple cabbage ONLY / divided by spinach leaves and some parsley...
• fine chopped & mixed carrots with celery :)
• all dressed up with lemon juice and some good oil and salt ;)

ps. The Eye in the central pyramid is with a pinch of tumeric and red pepper...
