I have been recently working with a Singaporean friend and her American business partner to set up their lovely restaurant as well as a co-working space here in Da Nang. At the begining, we found difficult due to the differences in culture and language 😄 It's not easy at all to start something new and work in a team from various nations. However, we are working on it and step by step learning + understanding each member in the Team. 😊

Well, we trying our best to work on the menu and I would love to share here some delicious dishes from our menu (made by our amazing Chef Brian and me kitchen assistant 😂😎) 🙂

Homemade Sausage Muffin

This is a great ideal from Rain based on her fav meal at Mc Donald's 😃: Mcdonald's sausage mcmuffin with egg. With a little change, we made our own Homemade Sausage Muffin 😆 and it's just so goood

Spaghetti With Seafoods

I love all kinds of noodles but my favourite is definitely spaghetti and with our Chef's magic hands he cooked these spaghetti meals so tasty.

Lemon Pepper Chicken Braised with Butter and Herbs

I have to say this is the best chicken I ever tried..unbelievably tasty and flavorful !!! You just need to try it!

Stuffed Bell Pepper
Bell peppers hand-filled with beef and rice in tomato sauce..!! I love the recipe -easy but full of flavor and truly satisfying. A great option for a veggie-packed meal. 😋
