Weekly Battle Challenge with Wood Nymph

Battleground:

30 mana, reverse speed and earthquake.

Now with Earthquake my first instinct is Brighton Bloom, and with Reverse speed i tend to favor magic as they are generally slower....
I decide to split the difference and run a magic team with Brighton, I know i won't get the magic buff but since earth is open i can run a double heal team; this allows me to not worry about the earthquake damage and if my opponent runs magic I can tank it out.

My Team

Brighton Bloom L2 - prevents earthquake damage and lets me use bronze level cap on monsters
Unicorn Mustang - Tanky with void, perfect magic meat shield
Goblin Psychic - Meaty Healer with decent damage for his cost
Wood Nymph - secondary healer with a little magic damage
Khmer Princess - low mana cost magic damage
Queen Mycelia - low mana cost also gives armor in case they didn't go magic to buy me time
Xenith Archer - had 2 mana left and decided to add a little non magic stinger to the back in case they put void in the beginning.

Enemy Team

Alric L3 - magic booster, also allowing them to use almost silver level cap on their monsters
Spineback Turtle - Nice low cost tank
Venari Wavesmith - magic damage with armor buff
Captain's Ghost - good magic damage with affliction
Sea Genie - good magic damage with a little meat
Ice Pixie - low cost efficient magic damage
Pelicore Bandit - fast sneaker

Result:

As expected he went magic, i wasn't expecting Alric but what the heck, team is already submitted and no turning back now. Then i see the many gold foils popping up against me and start to get a little worried seeing the captains ghost, as that affliction could make a double heal team worthless......
After the first round when his Captain's Ghost missed the first affliction that is when i knew I was good to go, here is where the double heal pays off and my Unicorn Mustang was healed to almost full.
The start of round three they are left with genie, pixie and bandit; with me still having my full compliment of monsters, this is a lock.

Wood nymph is one of my favorite healing cards low cost and fits nicely in the center of the units to help keep her around for a decent amount of time, even at only a level one she is a great asset to any earth team.
