This appears to be breaking to the upside
Due to the overall market, I won't be shocked if it flounders for another week though.

I can see OMG getting way over 100 in the first half of this year, and NEO breaking 300. 300 seems to be a stopping point for both litecoin and ethereum, so maybe 320 is a good sell price.
