Most of us have not read fairy tales for a long time and do not ' believe in miracles. But somewhere inside of us still lives that little child that each of us once was, and we still want to touch something magical from time to time.
A few years ago I became interested in tarot cards. No, I didn't start going to fortune tellers. I was fascinated by the very idea of how, with the help of symbols, these cards show the life path of a person. I'll tell you one thing: a lot of the decks we see in stores that are called tarot cards aren't actually tarot cards.
Tarot cards are always strict symbolism, because they speak of the energies that surround a person. If you think about it, it's a whole philosophy. It is no coincidence that entire volumes have been written about the arcana of the tarot, lectures are given and disputes are ongoing.
Today I want to share with you a small collection that demonstrates how the Tarot is used in creativity. I had the same idea, but I don't do portrait photography. Although... sometime later... anything can happen.

You can try to guess the arcana. But here it must be said that in photographs on this topic, the authors often convey the very mood, energy, paying less attention to symbolism. This is probably a quite possible approach, because in art everyone sees something of their own.
In addition, we must remember that there are four main schools of Tarot, which differ somewhat in symbolism (although the main symbols, of course, remain unchanged). But as for the image of the minor arcana, which have practically no symbolism, then everyone does what they want 😉
