I picked up the $3 dollar store tarot deck and despite checking that 78 cards were included, it turns out 8 cards are just placement cards. So basically cards 8, 9 and 10 of each of the four suits was omitted. Why not include them? I have no idea. And the paper quality is subpar which is probably expected.
But at least all 22 Major Arcana cards are present.
