Yesterday, my boyfriend and I went on a trip to the forest. The Zvezdara forest (Belgrade, Serbia) is in question.
He wanted me to spend my yesterday's birthday with a single trip to the forest and grately surprise me. We started at 9 in the morning to stay there until the darkness fell. We're headed.
We only carried out the most basic things we needed to go out: food, water and blankets. I was very excited, but a bit skeptical because otherwise I'm usually so afraid of insects, and there are many in the forest. The weather was wonderful. It was a beautiful and sunny day, keeping in mind that it was until recently snowing in Belgrade.
As soon as we came near the forest, there was a small discussions between us. I wanted to go one way, and he wanted the other way. In the end he listened to me (because it was my birthday) and we went the way that I wanted. But… Later it turned out that he was right.
The path that I chose had no track and it took us a lot more time to get to a place in the forest that we heard of, where people were camping and who was more arranged in order. But, we went on a trip, so walking was not so harmful. All the beauty we saw - we had to take pictures of and share it with you, dear steemit friends.
Looking for the way, we walked on the fallen leaves that was so beautiful, the smell of pine trees, the sounds of various birds, and all these colors around us made us feel like we were in paradise. We just enjoyed this wonderful combination of sound and smell. Next, we came to a hut in the middle of a forest where no one was currently there. So we began to think about how beautiful it would be if we sometimes had a hut, and go there on weekends, cut off from everyday’s life. Without a phone, TV, internet, without everything that makes a world filled with obligations and where everyone is in a mess. So, each of us could relax, unload our minds and just enjojy in nature and our own thoughts.
So, walking about an hour, we got to the arranged part of the forest, where were tracks, benches, children's playgrounds. We could see a lot of athletes running, riding a bicycle, plenty of people who were walking with their dogs and lots of campers. Everyone came to take advantage of this beautiful day and enjoy in nature. They could see posters with a map of the forests, signs and banners with birds that can be found in this forest. We settled down in one part, put the blankets on the fallen leaves and enjoyed the scenes.
However, as it quickly began to fall dark, I wanted to go because I was afraid that we could get lost, so we picked up our things and went home.
