I just finished a 8.228km running that lasted about 0hh:37mm:45ss !
Yep, finally heat is reaching us.
It has been a really long and wet spring season here at Barcelona and the whole country, very atypicalif you ask me but today we can already say that summer has arrived.
26 degrees Celsius at noon is still a comfortable temperature but when you run, believe me when I tell you that you can feel it so much.
Today I stopped my run exactly when I met this nice water fountain.
I drank and get refreshed there and I decided that it was sufficient for today so I run back home.
Regarding my run, it has been a good one, my legs have been reinforced after the weekend trail run and aerobically I think I am already recovered.
My main target of the remaining time till summer holidays is to maintain the running shape as it is today, no race on the horizon, no particular competitions, just me against me, as usual lately...
