Hey guys I’m back with my weekly Steemit goals. I’ve not done this for two weeks now because I’m powering down and I felt a little sense of shame because I have hyped Steem Power and I believe in it. I need the money for some offline exigencies. If I had the power, I would never power down.

Last week

Last week is what I would like to call my week of connections. I got a lot of calls from people asking me that they want to get in n this Steemit thing. I'll take my time to mention them.

One lady from my church wants me to come and do a seminar on steemit for a group, she believes in Steemit and she wants me to teach some youngsters in her community about Steemit.
I appreciate the kind of trust she has given to me.

One crypto-guy from the University of Ibadan had a meeting with me in the University. He is an ambassador for humaniq. I was very pleased with his understanding of cryptocurrency. One thing I have noticed is how easily I become friends with people who share the same crypto values with me. The meeting was supposed to last for an hour but we didn't know when we talked for two hours. He is a great crypto guy. We are going to be working together to launch a marketing campaign in the University of Ibadan.

I got calls and messages from some Nigerian leaders who want me to be part of their project. I was flattered and very pleased because i had plans to call them and volunteer my effort. I'm growing in influence and social capital. Thanks to Steemit!
I also spent a lot of time mentoring some newbies.

I'm not satisfied with my earnings from last week. I believe I could have done better. I'm working on getting a generator or inverter and a new laptop and some other equipment to enhance my work on Steemit(this is part of the reasons why I have to power down for awhile).

This Week

These are my major plans for this week.

Try to maintain a balance in other areas of my life that steemit has suddenly stolen from me. Things like doing my daily morning walk and actually interaction with humans outside the Steem blockchain.
Complete a Presentation I have Started for my Steemit Seminar.
Make at least one post a day.
Enter into a of those really cool Steemit Contests.
Collaborate with other steemians and build the Ibadan community.
Conclude plans for University of Ibadan Steemit Marketing Campaign
Send a gift to my mother, and my girlfriend. Give some money to my brother.
