Today I went along north country trail for 9 plus miles with the dog. We are both a bit whipped from it but so nice to be out in first real summer day. This part of trail had solid up and downs and pushed us both on single track hills. Came across deer 馃 so watch ur hiking alltrails
7 straight days of 10K days plus. So with the 9.4 mile hike it鈥檚 time to get another post. Much love actifiters
