## Hola mis queridos amigos, cómo están hoy?, espero que muy bien, con ganas de seguir disfrutando de buenas recetas, hoy les traigo una receta de galletas, que esta increíble, me gusto mucho, porque con esta masa de galletas, podemos hacer varios tipos de galletas, con sabores distintos, es primera vez que la hago, así que estoy practicando para que cada día me salgan mejor jaja, lo importante es, que estas galletas me han quedado exquisitas, decidí hacerlas de dos sabores, de naranja y chocolate, pero se pueden hacer de coco, de maní, de otras frutas, la verdad es que están geniales, con pocos ingredientes, y muy fáciles de hacer, empezamos con el paso a paso.

- Para la masa de nuestras galletas, necesitamos: - 1 huevo. - 1 y 1/2 Taza de harina todo uso. - 100 gr de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente. - 1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato. - 1/2 taza de azúcar blanca. - 3 y 1/2 Cucharadas de azúcar morena. --- - Para las galletas de chocolate, necesitamos: 1 cucharada de cacao en polvo, 50 gr de gotas de chocolate blanco y negro. - Para las galletas de naranja, necesitamos: Esencia de naranja, la ralladura de un limón, o una naranja, si tienen, uvas pasas. --- 2- Cuando la mezcla este cremosa, le añadimos el huevo y seguimos mezclando, seguidamente le añadimos el bicarbonato y la harina de trigo, integramos bien, con ayuda de una espátula, hasta obtener una masa suave, si les queda muy blanda pueden añadirle una cucharada mas de harina.
