The heatwave in Ireland is ongoing. It's been two weeks and I don't think anyone is ready to go back to what's usually called an Irish summer; scattered showers between occasional cloudy sunshine if not prolonged periods of torrential rain. According to the Irish Independent it has already been the hottest summer since 1976, however my weather forecast app is predicting rain for tomorrow. I certainly hope it's as unreliable as always.
