Hi! I haven't posted for a few days (felt a bit uninspired and down so I didn't know what to post to be honest).
I had spent a while doodling in my sketchbook and after a while I made a little doodle (second image) that I happened to really like, and I felt that I could do some digital work for it so I got my image scanned and then used GIMP (free drawing software) to draw over it and add small pops of colour.
I wanted it to be somewhat minimal but it didn't turn out like that- I don't know if I like my sketch after adding the digital elements, I feel like it looks better without all that, so I prefer my initial sketch instead of the digitally enhanced piece. I'm glad I tried this out though!
Hopefully I'll get back into posting more frequently (since that will also push me to complete more drawings!)
