Dear diary,
It’s been a while since the kids and I didn’t have to run off and could relax on a weekend morning.

My daughter: I can’t decide what I want to be when I grow up
Me: That’s ok. You have plenty of time to decide. My first ambition when I was young was to be a lion tamer. I was going to join the circus.

My daughter: what?
Me: yup. Then I changed my mind. I wanted to be a teacher after that.
(Silence)
My daughter: I want to be an artist and a writer and someone who wants to help everyone.
Me: good. Close your eyes and imagine who you want to be, then open your eyes and be it.
My daughter: I want to be batman
Me: Then you're batman!

Love
