After years of looking for a house or property to buy, my uncle finally found a plot that he signed a purchase agreement on. And since the seller has also signed the agreement, it is basically a done deal as neither of them intend on backing out of this deal. Because of that I spent most of the afternoon walking around this property as I will be living there once we have a house built.
