We are talking about perhaps the largest pop rock group in history. The all members of Liverpool are: John Lennon, born October 9, 1940; James Paul McCartney, June 18, 1942; George Harrison, February 25, 1943; Ringo Starr, pseudonym of Richard Parchy Starkey, 7 July 1940. The story of the Beatles begins on 6 July 1957 in the annual parish festival, where they perform the pins, the first band of John Lennon. On that occasion he meets Paul Mccartney and they decide to play together. In 1958 George Harrison was added. Together with drummer Peter Best and bassist Tony Stewart they form a band that is still not called Beatles. In the same year Lennon's mother dies and music becomes her whole world. Thanks to their manager Brian Hepstein, with the definitive name of Beatles he goes to Hamburg, which performs week after week, which will lead them to success and fame. Back in Liverpool they performed at the Cavern, fame has also reached home. In 1961 after several ineffective recordings, they recorded their first 45 laps, becoming the shoulder of the singer Tony Sheridan; on that occasion Paul Mccarteney replaces Stwart on bass. In 1962 they proposed to the record company '' Decca '' with negative result, so they are hired by the record company Emi, which calls for the replacement of drummer Peter Best with Ringo Starr. The first success is love me do; but it's with hard days night that reach international fame. In 1964, five of their pieces are in the top five places in the 45 rpm standings. Given the enormous success obtained Queen Elizabeth II nominates them barons. At the end of the 60s the band was corroded by several differences and discontent between Paul and John, and the desire to emerge from George. They will perform live for the last time in San Francisco on 29 August 1966. In 1970 '' let it be '' is their last album, even if technically their work was finished in 1966 with the album "abbey road", which will distinguish the stylistic influence of their respective authoritative soloist career. On 10 April 1970 Paul Mccartney officially announced the dissolution of the Beatles, despite being simple songs, they made the history of music. Although several decades have passed, Beetlesmania has never turned off.
