Not for me. I think that there could be a little more love in the reward scales for really great questions. But it should be independent of the quality of the answers.
I mean, what if you ask a great question but there are no great answers. You should still get the reward for the question. Particularly given that the reward window of 7 days means there could still be answers coming well into the future.
Maybe there could be a second musing reward account (using some of the SP from the original account) that comes along later and gives extra upvotes all around for those Q&A that turn into the best discussions.
Although I think I prefer a consistent contributor bonus. If you give a certain level of really great questions or really great answers in a week there could be an additional bonus from a reserved fund.
Interesting idea though!
