We all know there is too much diversity on the Steem Blockchain. What do you think is the best solution that will bring a sense of common goal so we can grow... Together?

I do not think that there is too much diversity on the Steem blockchain.
One of the strengths of the Steem blockchain is that it has the potential for very wide appeal, with all kinds of different communities working with their own particular focus.
For me, it's quite possible for Steem to succeed with all these communities acting independently. In fact I think that it is more likely to succeed with lots of strong niche interests rather than one overriding goal.
One of the ways in which Steem has the potential to grow is through investment from companies and advertising. But advertisers will want to target particular demographics and groups with interests that align with their products. In order for this to happen, those communities need to grow on Steem and to have a strong and defined presence. There needs to be better methods to promote quality with each community and to showcase the talent that exists on the blockchain.
The Steem infrastructure thus needs to be improved so that these groups have the tools to promote and organise and grow their communities themselves. Hopefully the Communities initiative will bring these improvements.
So for me the solution requires some technological innovation, which the central team is developing, and then lots of work from the individual communities to attract new users with the required abilities to really boost the quality of content.
All possible in my opinion, but for me diversity and communities plays a big part in future success.
