First of all I want to wish everyone a Happy 2022!!!! - Yes I know, today is January 13, 2022 and until today I have been able to post in the #needleworkmonday community.
I know I was missing the whole month of December and almost 15 days of January, the reason, a series of events that made me take care of important activities and to clear the doubts I list them below:
I just gave you a summary of what has happened to me in the last month and a half.
But without further ado I'm back and today I'm going to tell you about an adorable amigurumi that a friend asked me to make as a graduation present for his best friend.
In mid November - 2021, I received a call from a dear friend who asked me to make him a Chef amigurumi. He told me it was for a friend who was graduating as a Chef. What an honor to be selected for such an important gift!
Of course I said yes, and started with the selection of the colors. The good thing: my friend already knew what he wanted and sent me the image you can see in the initial photo of this post, it looks like it, doesn't it?
Unfortunately the month of December was erratic and I couldn't make a sequence of the Chef's elaboration photos. The reason: I knitted at my sister-in-law's house and another one at my house and sometimes the light didn't help me to get the best pictures.
The Chef graduate has been studying for 3 years and combines his love for food with his love for chemistry, that's why in one hand he has a plate of food and in the other a bottle, which in theory should have been a glass, but it came out in the shape of a jar. Hahaha. I didn't make it.
It is the first time I work with an articulated amigurumi, that is, I put wire. I liked the result, the doll could keep the arm raised right where the food tray was.
I loved making the big mustache and the closed eyes, I think it gave him the tender touch that my friend wanted in the amigurumi. Needless to say that both my friend and the newly graduated Chef were delighted with the Amigurumi, which filled me with great satisfaction.

Sé que estuve desaparecida todo el mes de Diciembre y casi 15 días de Enero, la razón, una serie de eventos que me hicieron ocuparme de actividades importantes y para despejar las dudas se las enumero a continuación:
También decidí hacer mi plan de objetivos para este año 2022, y pues nada, se me fue buena parte del tiempo entendiendo lo que quiero y plasmándolo en un plan de acción.
La semana pasada tuve un episodio de una fuerte indigestión que me sacó fuera de acción por dos días y para colmo los últimos 3 días he presentado quebranto: algo de fiebre errática y dolor de garganta.
Les acabo de hacer el resumen de lo que me ha ocurrido en el último mes y medio.
Pero Sin más aquí estoy de vuelta y hoy les voy a contar sobre un adorable amigurumi que un amigo me pidió como regalo de graduación para su mejor amigo.
A mediados de noviembre – 2021, recibí una llamada de un querido amigo quien me solicitó que le hiciera un amigurumi Chef. Me dijo que era para un amigo quien se estaba graduando de Chef. Que honor que me haya seleccionado para tan importante regalo!
Por supuesto que le dije que sí, y comencé con la selección de los colores. Lo bueno: mi amigo ya sabía lo que quería y me mandó la imagen que puedes ver en la Foto inicial de este post, se parece, verdad?
Lamentablemente el mes de Diciembre fue errático y no pude hacer una secuencia de las fotos de elaboración del Chef. La razón: tejí en casa de mi cuñada y otro tanto en mi casa y algunas veces la luz no me ayudaba a tener las mejores fotos.
El graduando de Chef hizo curso estudios por 3 años y combina su afición por la comida con su afición por la química, es por ello que en una mano tiene un plato de comida y en la otra una botella, que en teoría debió ser una proveta, pero salió en forma de jarra. Jajaja. Eso no lo logré.
Es la primera vez que trabajo con un amigurumi articulado, es decir, le coloqué alambre. El resultando me gustó, el muñeco podía mantener el brazo elevado justo donde tenía la bandeja de comida.
Ame hacer el gran bigote y los ojos cerrados, creo que le dio el toque tierno que mi amigo quería en el Amigurumi. Está demás decirles que tanto mi amigo como el recién graduado Chef quedaron encantados con el Amigurumi, lo que me llenó de una gran satisfacción.
