You're pretty well woven into the family trees, so you will see a lot of flow from the more frequent building & blueprint action. It will slow down a little as the backlog is cleared out by most players.

The Sage and Dowry Leaderboards are designed to be incredibly volatile, with regular leader rotation. Sage is pretty straightforward. It's every fertile alien in the game, ranked by time since their birth.
