Yes those are based on lineages. Each alien inherits maternal, sage, and dowager lineage from their mother, sage, and dowager, respectively. If all three are the same (Eve, Sophia, or Lakshmi) then the alien qualifies for the blueprint. Child or Maternal Purity, Child of Sage Purity, and Child of Prosperous Purity.

This randomly picked alien does not qualify for one of them because they have 2,2,4 instead of 2,2,2
If you want to target this, you would need to check the Maternal lineage for your oldest fertile alien, then keep an eye on the lineages of the top sage and dowager and try to bend light when their sage and dowager lineages align with your Maternal Lineage.

It's a bit tricky and the shorter cooldown timers from the temples might not be worth it at this stage of the game.
