In this post, I share my Actifit report card, a picture from Thursday, and a brief hunt for Larry the Postman. It was another hot, grey smokey day, but I did get one nice image of the roots of this banyan tree.
I just missed my 10k steps/day goal. In reality I probably hit it, but I took off my watch to charge and forgot to put it back on before bed. So it goes, we start again. Happily, this is my fourth day in a row of posting my Actifit report and second day of getting over 30 min of good exercise.

The Alive Chat topic for Thursday is to participate in the Larry is Alive contest.. One of my goals this week is to participate in the Alive Chat contest every day. It's fun, rewarding, and encourages good habits. I managed to find Larry in one location.
On Listnerds I completed the task of reading 10 emails, proof above.
