In this post, I share my Actifit Report and a few pictures from Saturday.
Saturday was sunny but not too hot. After lunch, my daughter and I went to for a hike. One of the highlights was this small waterfall and cool stream.
Nearby the trailhead were old temple ruins, where we stopped for a while to look around and explore. And there was a nature education and conservation center with grazing buffalo and deer.
We had a great active day, and I am also happy to report that by the end of the day, I hit 13,001 steps, surpassing my 10,000 steps per day goal. I aim to reach 14 consecutive days of hitting at least 10,000 steps daily. After breaking my 11-day streak yesterday with less than 10k steps, today is day one. A big thank you to everyone who commented on yesterday's post and encouraged me to keep trying and striving toward my goals.
