Rainy Friday-Alive and Thriving-My Actifit Report Card: September 09 2022
Hello and welcome to my daily journal. In this post I share my Actifit Report Card, participation in Alive Tribe Activities, and a few pictures I took on my morning walk.
The morning walk was my main outing on Friday as it rained almost all day again.
Flowers and plants are loving all the rain; everything is green and lush.

I'm traveling for a few days, which involves a good amount of driving and sitting. I woke up early to get a morning walk in before hitting the road. I love the early morning right before the sun comes up. It's so peaceful. I walked and explored these quiet streets.
I felt grateful to the people around here, excellent gardeners who grew and nurtured the flowers I photographed on this walk. Those who were up early smiled at me, taking pictures of their flowers.
By the end of the day, I'd achieved 12,046 steps. For the 4th day in a row I surpassed my minimum goal of 10,000 activity count for max AFIT rewards.

I participated in the daily The Alive Chat . The topic for Friday is "Share Your Friday - What Are You Up To Today?" I spent most of the day driving on rainy roads, which was nice in its own way, but the morning walk was definitely a highlight of the day.
