Headstand Tuesday-Thoth is Alive (IAAC)-Day 9-Actifit Report Card: July 26 2565
One reason I like these daily posts is it motivates me to stop, take some pictures, and appreciate where I am. I've been enjoying early morning bike rides and continued that routine today. I saw this stunning purple flower and stopped for a moment to appreciate it.
I love coffee and took a qucik break at one of my favorite coffee shops for an iced coffee. While there I did some outline work for a short story I am writing.
Today is my ninth consecutive day of submitting my daily #Actifit report and participating in the #IAmAliveChallenge. I am happy to report I am #AliveAndThriving.
Most Important Daily Quests
Today I made a concerted effort to get a full hour of exercise. My bicycle ride in the morning was 7km and 26 minutes. I did 10 minutes of Yoga in the middle of the day. I focused on headstands. In the evening, I went out for a 3km walk which took me a little over half an hour.
Happily, I also carved out some much needed time for reading and learning.

- I spent some time playing and earning in Splinterlands, Rising Stars, Hashkings and Bang!Defense. I need to work on a tracking sheet for earnings in #play2earn endeavors.
- I reached 30 followers on Hive and Twitter. This is a big milestone for me. Thank you so much to all of you. 💜
I took this picture on my evening walk as the last light faded and the stars came out. Shortly after, I was able to see the big dipper.
