It is quite the pairing to have not only a flightless bird species (penguin) and one of the best flying bird species (Albatros) to be sharing the same nesting site. This is the case on the Falkland Islands on an island known as West Point Island. There is a nesting site there where Black-browed albatross are nesting and in between their well built nests are Rockhopper penguins nesting as well.
It is believed that the reason for this little living situation is one of a mutual benefit. The Albatros's nests are very much evenly spread out in the region with quite a bit of space in between nests, which is where the Rockhoppers build their nests. This lack of space now helps these birds keep potential predators away allowing both species more protection at the nesting site. All they have to do is just get along... that doesn't so difficult does it..??
