The Leading Follower...

There is a common mentality that "not everyone are to be leaders some are just destined to be a follower". I have come this morning to change that notion of yours.
Well, the leader you see today was once a follower of another leader. That you are here today doesn't mean you cannot be there at the top tomorrow it's just a matter of time. The last time i heard someone say "Not everyone will become a leader" though the person was partially true but it's a matter of choice of which one you purpose in your heart to become, the reply I gave to this person was that "Even if I am destined to be a follower I choose to be a leading follower".

The word LEADER is just a title. The person bearing the title is a follower who was given a title. Jesus Christ while on earth for example was a leader who had 12 disciples which I call followers, out of these 12 there is only 3 leading followers which are "James, John and Peter", these ones were known to be different in their time.

👌I will define a leading follower as someone who is capable, effective and fit for the job but not just titled.

Leaders can't do much without the help of these leading followers. Sad enough we only have few of these leading follower around today. ☝Only one person is entitled to be the general manager of a company but under him there will be a person or two who is just too good and fit for the post. If the two are tested, he who passed fits best for the post of G.M [General Manager].
Hey my Leader, invest, encourage, and support the followers around you, after God they are the reason you have not lost your title/post today. A man/woman of great vision should never joke with these leading followers, handle them wisely.

Only one person will have a vision to be great, thousands will crawl under him to make their own greatness. Don't just be among the thousands who support the vision, but be a special one out of the thousands who will see the vision clearly like the leader sees it and aspire greatly to fulfill it.
☝Why don't you confess to yourself that I am going to be a great leader watch out for me and in cases when am going to be a follower (especially to God and my husband/wife) I will be a distinguished leading follower.

Change your poor mentality to that of greatness. 👉You serve a great God so think great. Hey! Because so, so, so and so is already doing it perfectly well should not stop you from starting yours. Don't be lazy with destiny but start with your destiny today and let God back you up.
