I would have to agree with the experts who are on the apple cider vinegar pro list, I heard a Dr on TV and he said normally we're taught to fight acid with antacids however he was coming from an approach to fight acid with Acid, Which made alot of sense. I do know Tums and Rolaids etc are NOT good for a person they kill healthy properties as well unfortunately like calcium magnesium etc notice how these companies put calcium in there stuff making you think that it's ALSO a great source of calcium? Just another Marketing gimic unfortunately to the detriment of Our health. Anyways great to see you Ladybug 🐞 hehehehehe 😃. Don't take offense LadyBugs are a Good thing in my mind🙂.
