I truly love the connections I have with my Ecencial fiends!
I made a post a week ago about being out on the balcony with photos of Busek and included a photo of some tasty cider.

The Shacksbury website said that ite cider was available at two stores near my son and daughter-in-law's house in Chicago, so they began the search and and eventually founded it at a third store.
Since we know that Vermont is quite famous and takes a lot of pride in the apples grown there, we were expecting it to be delicious and and it didn't disappoint them.
When my family comes this weekend to celebrate my birthday with me, they are going to bring some Shacksbury's for me to try.
They enjoyed the apple cider more than they did the ginger, but I'm anxious to see for myself which one I like best!
I only drink alcohol a few times a year and usually on special occasions, but i think my birthday is a special enough day for a glass of Vermont Cider!
