Hello Miss 🙂. Speaking of apple Cider vinegar some Health Care Providers tell me it's a good tonic and of course you have other Dr.s saying Avoid like a plague. I would have to agree with the Benefits as compared to the drawbacks. As long as it ain't pasteurized and processed and has the "mother" in it...I'd like to hear your thoughts on this old remedy.
