Not much to report today. It was cloudy and rainy all day, so I decided to make my Mango Pepper Jam with chili peppers.
I was able to use my food processor to chop the peppers and mangos
I didn't want to use up too much power, so I decided instead of sealing the jars in the pressure cooker, I do it the old fashioned way. Boiling in them them for 8 minutes in my jam pot.
Other than making jam and loading my car, I mostly worked inside the house. I was able to go for a walk around the property when the rain died down a bit.
