Dziś bez mocniejszej aktywności — spokojny spacer i trochę świeżego powietrza. Po ostatnich problemach zdrowotnych i przeciążeniach wolę teraz wracać krok po kroku, bez niepotrzebnego pośpiechu. Jesień zaczyna już mocno kolorować okolicę, więc regeneracja w takich warunkach ma też swój klimat. 🍁

🇬🇧 Recovery walk 🍂

No hard training today — just a calm walk and some fresh air. After the recent health issues and overload, I prefer to return step by step without rushing anything. Autumn is already adding plenty of colour to the surroundings, so recovery like this has its own charm. 🍁
