A couple of years ago my brother and I had a quick trip through Switzerland and we loved every minute of it. The scenery was non-stop beauty and the people were amazing. They even helped me with my terrible German and assisted with some Swiss dialect. I just got around to properly editing the pics from that trip thanks to Hive! I hope you enjoy. I think I have more from Zurich as well. I just can't find them now.
Welcome to Luzern! A gem in Switzerland! So much to see and do here a day trip was not enough. From beautiful gardens and flora to very cool pubs and bars. I want to go back.
Taking a stroll through the bridge
Classiest city I've ever been in. A bass and a cello are played by street musicians. It was top notch!
The rest of the set is just unadulterated alps scenery captured mostly in a passing car. We had very limited time in the country and we spent a day just driving through the alps. The worst was that it was overcast the whole time and we missed seeing the breathtaking peaks. We even hit a mountain bar. I'm pretty certain they thought we were aliens. I'll have to find those pics too.
A mountain stream caught my eye and I made my brother pull over to take a picture.
I hope to return when there is better weather and truly capture the Swiss Alps!
