I started the day with a walk of about 4 miles to Jomtien Beach from central Pattaya. Upward and then downward trek up a hill. I came back a much easier way.
Once at Jomptien I searched and searched for a restroom. Somehow, unless I'm at a mall here in thailand, restrooms elude me. Ask someone, you say? Haha that would be the easy intelligent thing to do and that's just not what I'm about brah. 馃槑
From there I found a super nice chill cafe called Sketchbook Art Cafe.
I wish I had taken more pictures because this places aesthetic and vibe were all very nice. Like a little oasis. Man, give me a hip coffee shop over a loud bar anyday. Though, maybe it feeds my introversion a little too much. I wish there was a nice between space for bars/cafes. At this point I'm starting to feel like it's my duty to search for the hip little coffee shops/cafes wherever I go.
By the time I left it was already dark and I walked back to Pattaya proper and, I guess I looked like I knew where I was going because I was stopped by two groups of very friendly Russians and asked for directions. I couldn't much help though.
