Today is a very special day and when I heard about this initiative, I was overcome with joy, a satisfaction of being able to make a publication, where I was going to extol the national tricolor, my Venezuelan Flag, which I will always carry in my heart, in a very responsible way and thus continue educating my people to continue with that legacy.
I began to write this publication late at night today 24-06-2024, after arriving from work very tired, but I feel so much emotion, that nothing mattered, just write and write, is that the occasion is propitious, because my people are celebrating, Carabobo place where I was born is celebrating, because a day like today in the battle of Carabobo in 1821, led by the Commander in Chief Simon Bolivar, after having shed much blood, defeated the royalist army led by the Commander in Chief Simon Bolivar, after spilling a lot of blood, defeated the royalist army commanded by Miguel de la Torre, where the last remaining in battle fled to my beloved Puerto Cabello and there were captured, thus sealing the independence of the Republic of Venezuela and from that moment in every corner of Venezuela, in every home, in every human being of the people of Venezuela, began to honor the tricolor flag, that yellow, blue and red that we carry in our blood, forming part of every human being of our country.
That's how it all began, from a very young age when we started to study and began the process of instilling values, customs, principles, responsibility and others, by each teacher, each facilitator, each teacher, who after dad and mom, are responsible for directing us in that learning, to have love and give value to things, entering there the national symbols, the flag, the coat of arms and the national anthem.

De esta manera comenz贸 mi traves铆a, del amor a mi bandera, a mi patria.
In this way, when we reach adolescence, entering adulthood, we have those concepts well defined, to put them into practice.
In Venezuela the day of the Flag is a very special day, it is celebrated every August 3rd of each year, all the schools, start a parade, for their community, each student with a small flag in their hands, moving it from one side to another as a sign, of freedom, of a brave people, in the houses the flag is placed on the balcony in a banner holder, in my country there is an immense respect for our flag.
But my feeling for the flag of my country did not end there, it went beyond that, I wanted to leave a mark, something that at least those who knew me would say the day I was gone, that I was a great man and be an example for many young people in my town. This is how my journey began, the love for my flag, for my country.

Back in the 80's I graduated from high school in the Republic of Venezuela, the country was relatively regular, you could live, during my teenage years I saw many young people, immersed in the world of drugs, I saw many robberies, I saw many domestic abuse, until I reached the king crime which is homicide, to see how a person took the life of another for a pair of shoes. That's how I grew up in the middle of all this, but I never ever let myself get carried away by anyone, I was always a correct and responsible boy to his principles.

In view of this situation, I told myself that I had to do my bit for the social welfare of my people and I decided to enroll in the police school of the State of Carabobo Venezuela, there I studied for a year and a half training, receiving that doctrine that the human being needs to fulfill its functions fully within the police agency, as it was to serve the people, prevent crime, be in contact with the public, that stage was wonderful.
I graduated as an officer of the Carabobo Police, in this way I gave the first "YES, I SWEAR" before my national flag, I swear to fight crime, defend justice, I really enjoyed it very much, I was the authority, I loved to walk with my uniform, with my gun among other police accessories, in the patrol with my partner on duty, but above all with God and the Virgin guiding my steps, I liked what I did, but I felt that something else was missing, I wanted to advance, I wanted to climb positions and one day around 2005, I told myself I was going to make the sacrifice of studying a police career, because I wanted to be a professional in the field.

It was in this way that I enrolled in the Institute of the Scientific Police, in this way I began a career of 5 years alternating work with studies, it was very hard to do, it was a time when the bosses gave you little permission to study, since I had a motto that if they could not study nobody was going to do it, but my will was greater than their selfishness, In this way passed the 5 years full of late nights, tears, fear, but I made it and I graduated as a Bachelor in Criminal Investigation of the Scientific Police of Venezuela, always with the support of my wife, Gesmary Sierra in every way, always there in good times and bad, I love her and I love her infinitely.
In this way I gave the YES, I SWEAR before my National flag, for the second time, swearing to investigate to get to the truth and do justice, so I had to resign from the Carabobo Police and become part of the Scientific Police of Venezuela, it was for me a great achievement, because it is not easy to join the ranks in that police agency, there I was no longer in uniform, I was already dressed in a very elegant way with suit and tie, where I made a career for many years, becoming head of different departments such as Homicide, Drugs, Robbery, Theft, Gender Violence, Organized Crime and Kidnapping, doing my duty, in an honest and responsible manner, solving crimes that occurred in my jurisdiction and putting the bad guys behind bars.

But that was not all, there were many crimes that I was solving throughout my police career, that my knowledge in law every day was growing more and more, to the point that many lawyers came to my office who simply studied their studies, but they lacked that street experience, which is often needed to solve a case, to win a case before a court, before a judge, It was there by the year 2012, that I enrolled in the National University, Experimental Security of Venezuela and began to pursue my career as a lawyer, no doubt it was my passion, it was like the end of the tunnel, to be a lawyer of my nation, because also with many years of sacrifice I managed to complete my studies and I graduated as a lawyer.
It was there when I gave my third YES, I SWEAR before my national flag, yes friends I swear to enforce the laws and demonstrate the real truth, but it was a career that although I finished it I could not practice, because I belonged to a public organization and in Venezuela it is not allowed to practice law career if you belong to a state organization.
The whole police system was getting more corrupt every day, innocent people behind bars, too much violation of human rights and to continue there was to end up in prison or dead, motivated by that and that I did not want my children to grow up seeing the image of their father, behind a desk, with his investiture in a police system with little credibility, I decided to resign, yes friends, I resigned from my passion, from my world.
Many people told me, you are crazy, how are you going to resign, you are a personality within the institution, you have status, social position and I did it, I preferred to go to another country, to clean the toilets, wash dishes in the kitchen, be a guard in any company, than to stay in the institution of my life with my arms crossed watching how the judicial system deteriorates and not being able to do anything.

That is how I ended up in this country, Argentina, a country that opened its doors to me and my family, to whom I am eternally grateful, if it was not easy, the first 5 years of my arrival, I cried a lot, depression was killing me, just after arriving here my daughter died, my older brother died, among other relatives, that to date I have not been able to visit his grave, but the help and support of my wife and my son, have helped me to move forward and today I am a little better, both physically and emotionally.
But God is very great, in this country I found that spiritual peace, I am with my family, my wife, my son and believe me, today I consider that I have achieved a mental stability that I had lost many years ago.
The love for my country and my flag are still intact, I see in the streets how the Argentinean people fight unitedly for their flag, for their nation, so that these leaders do not end up taking it to the grave and I identify with them, no doubt they are two nations that I will always carry in my heart, Venezuela and Argentina forever.
And so ends my participation in this initiative to the flag day, inviting to participate to @leidimarc and @janettyanez, sorry for having extended, but I had never talked about this and now I feel much better, here I leave the link so you can enter and participate, thank you very much for reading my publications.
